Our First Annual Holiday Lights Contest
Historic Tours of America invites homes to enter into our friendly competition for the most beautiful light display. People of all ages delight as St. Augustine dazzles with their holiday lights adorning every corner of the county. This is your opportunity to shine and have the chance to win one of our three cash prices!
Cast your vote! Vote once a day, now through December 31, 2025. The final winner will be chosen by public vote. Winners will be announced on January 8, 2026, on social media.
1st Place: $500 • 2nd Place: $300 • 3rd Place: $200

Terms and Conditions:
Voting begins December 12, 2025.
Winners are selected by online voting through January 11, 2026, and winners will be announced in late January 2026, on social media.
We will not accept mail entries.
All prizes are paid for and awarded by Historic Tours of America, Inc.
All homes must reside within St. Augustine.
Only “individual houses may enter”; no group submissions.
If you are a prize winner, you agree to have your image used in any advertising or promotions. (Including your name and address.)

Homes are not shown on our regular Holiday Tours.
Entries are limited to street-facing residential properties. All entrants must include 1 full shot encompassing the entire street side. Historic Tours of America has the right to refuse any images that don’t depict the house correctly and/or are dark/blurry.
A Nights of Lights Best Private Residence Contest participant sign will be included on your property for the public to see.
If there is any voter fraud detected, this will result in homes being disqualified at the discretion of Historic Tours of America, Inc. Management.
